Two (2) family molds to produce six (6) parts, in Hasco bases

Low cost tooling for under 10,000 units in 8 to 10 weeks ARO
Good aesthetics in molded parts

Our Approach:

Customer had concerns for the cost of tooling. We opted for family molds and further reduced costs by using EDM textures and secondary operations rather than mold slides. Part cost was unaffected due to being able to provide secondary operations during cycle times.
