Single cavity molds (4) in four cavity bases for future expansion

Close tolerance material selection
Good dimensional stability
Five week turn-around on tooling for a trade show

Our Approach:

Using single cavities in full mold bases, we met the five week delivery with first articles in time for the trade show. All form, fit, and function tests were performed in the press, real time, with each component. Future expansion was completed after the critical deadlines were met.
