Our Approach:

Material was matched in two weeks and delivered one week before tooling completion. Concurrent orders for materials, tool, and production placed to insure lead times. Texture by EDM was offered and accepted cutting lead time by two weeks. Single cavity was expedited with three remaining cavities added quickly after the fifth week to insure meeting trade show deadline.
