Our Approach:

C2 recommended polypropylene over a series of high priced resins and compounds. Our part prices were 25% lower than the next bidder. Tooling costs were lowered by utilizing the MUD system and with our resin choice we further reduced tooling costs by not requiring internal heater cartridges and special alloy steels to process the high priced exotic resins.
