Our Approach:Concepts 2 redesigned the part to reduce wall thickness and added a hot sprue to the mold to increase production. Mold runs on a 6 second cycle and has produced over 500,000 units with no wear or mold down time. Parts are currently inventoried at C2 and shipped to arrive at customer, within 24 hours of order placement.
