Our Approach:

Using a 5x8 MUD insert that is capable of running in our MUD chase, a full eight cavities were produced in seven weeks. Slides and tunnel gates, as well as a unique sprue and runner system, allowed for fully automated production, 24/7, to insure meeting production quantities. Tooling is guaranteed for one million shots (eight million pieces).
