Class 101 tooling in 12-14 weeks ARO
Assembly of symmetrical halves prior to shipment
Innovative part and mold design to keep costs low 


Our Approach:

Customer's parts are dipped in liquid nitrogen and used to hold hydraulic lines in aircraft secure during assembly. C2 provided assistance on hinge design so parts could be symmetrical and fit together with themselves. Tooling costs were lowered by using interchangeable inserts so parts could be run in sets.
