Our Approach:

Customer manufacturers spa controls. Parts required high strength and good resistance to spa chemicals. C2 provided tooling utilizing a wear resistant alloy steel in the gate and cavity areas to minimize mold wear. Mold has run over 40,000 components with no noticeable mold wear.
