Our Approach:

Concepts 2 provided completed tools, on time, for a series of springs. We also secured a forecast for shipments and then provided a stocking plan and JIT forecast based on the customer's projections. Parts are current shipped within 24 hours of order placement for arrival the next morning. CpK reporting is provided with every shipment.
