Our Approach:

Customer was offered our medium EDM texture saving both money and lead time. Tooling cavities were balanced and identified with an extra set of cores and cavities, rough cut, to save future repair cost and down time. Critical dimensions were redone to insure nominal values and best possible CpK reporting to meet customer's demands.
