Our Approach:Concepts 2 provided a completed mold design in 2 weeks. These parts require 100% inspection and the small holes average 0.0012" in diameter. C2 was able to supply parts with zero defects on a production basis for the customer.C2 provided a quality reporting system on the resin compound by tracking ash content, DSC, and specific gravity data with each lot purchased. CpK reporting was provided with every shipment.
